Bamara is excited to announce the launch of Parent Pathways, a new voluntary pre-employment service starting today from November 1, 2024.

Parent Pathways offers personalised and financial support for eligible parents and carers of children under 6.

Our experienced Support Mentors will deliver the program and be available every step of the way to help parents and carers with kids up to the age of 6 years reach any future personal, work, or study goals.

Bamara CEO Lesley Zarb emphasised the significance of navigating parenting challenges, highlighting how parents can find comfort, advice, and encouragement through the service.

“Our team is dedicated to empowering participants, guiding them through parenting challenges, and fostering stronger relationships. Together, we strive for collective growth and improvement,” said Lesley.

“I’m incredibly excited about our new staff and the skills they bring to our existing team. I truly believe that we can make a significant difference together through Parent Pathways.”
