Bamara’s unique, culturally competent delivery of Inclusion Employment Australia will include its ‘Circle of Support’ model: a holistic, circular service ecosystem involving participants, families, employers, community services, disability networks, and training providers as equal partners, ensuring that sustainable employment solutions are relationship-driven and community-embedded.
Lesley Zarb adds: ‘By working hard to close the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities, Bamara has developed a unique approach to effective, compassionate, and respectful employment services, and we are immensely proud to be in a position to work with even more people with disability who deserve to have their potential through work realised.’
To support its delivery of the Inclusive Employment Australia program, Bamara will be creating new roles across its service regions.
