Bamara is delighted to have been awarded the Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion Award at the 2025 Western NSW Business Awards.
This award recognises businesses that address the needs of a diverse community, including seniors, people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds, and people with disability.
This achievement could not have happened without our dedicated staff across the who deliver a range of services across the Dubbo community including NDIS Disability Support Services, Driver Licensing Access Program (DLAP), Dubbo Opportunity Hub (DHUB) and Australian Apprenticeship Support Services as a First Nations Specialist Provider.
Accepting this award was Bamara CEO, Lesley Zarb, who dedicated this achievement to our incredible team’s hard work and channeling their passion in helping their participants.
“It is a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated team and to engage with our participants. Their passion and commitment inspire us every day to make a positive impact in the communities we serve,” Lesley said.
