Workforce Australia Services

Bamara is a specialist provider of Workforce Australia Services for First Nations peoples operating in the Cairns and Townsville regions, including Mount Isa.

When you employ a candidate accessing Workforce Australia services, your business may be eligible for a financial incentive of up to $10,000 to help with help with costs of hiring an eligible new employee in an ongoing job.

Inclusive Employment Australia

Bamara is a provider of Inclusive Employment Australia, a government funded specialist disability employment support program, which we deliver in 11 regions across New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory.

When you employ a candidate through Inclusive Employment Australia, your business may be eligible for a financial incentive of up to $10,000 per eligible job seeker who are supported to achieve sustainable employment. 

Transition to Work

Bamara is a Workforce Australia provider of Transition to Work, a government initiative for young people aged 15-24 which we deliver across Alice Springs.

When you employ a candidate aged 15-24 through Transition to Work, your business may be eligible for up to $10,000 for the Youth Bonus Wage Subsidy to help with costs of hiring an eligible new employee in an ongoing job.

Australian Apprenticeship Support Services

Bamara is a First Nations Specialist Provider of Australian Apprenticeship Support Services, a free service which we deliver across New South Wales.

When you employ a First Nations Apprentice/Trainee through Australian Apprenticeship Support Services, your business may be eligible for financial support under the Australian Apprenticeships Incentive System.
