With a background as an apprentice herself, Natasha has found her calling within our First Nations Specialist Australian Apprenticeship Support Services team.
Growing up on a farm in the Hunter Valley, Tash enjoyed working with her hands from a young age, relishing any opportunity to get on the tools and fix things herself.
She began her apprenticeship journey more than 10 years ago as an electrician, combining her interests in practical, hands-on work, maths, and science. Since then, she has gained experience across a range of sectors, including medical, commercial, and domestic industries.
Throughout her apprenticeship, Natasha valued the guidance and wisdom of her mentors, whose support has continued to influence her career.
Today, she embraces the opportunity to provide that same encouragement and mentorship to First Nations apprentices following a similar path.

“Someone helped me see my potential and found that environment to unlock it. I want to be around apprentices and employers who are having a go to do the same, and make sure they have those opportunities to succeed,” Natasha said.
Natasha joined our team in January 2026 as a First Nations Specialist Mentor and has since worked effortlessly to make a difference for both First Nations apprentices and employers alike.
Natasha approaches each day with a can-do attitude and bubbly personality, building trust and rapport with her clients while providing genuine support and guidance.
Having once been an apprentice herself, Natasha understands the challenges, opportunities, and moments that can shape the journey.
Now, she is passionate about being the person who helps others discover their strengths, build confidence, and take the next step towards success for First Nations apprentices/trainees and their employers.
