What is Inclusive Employment Australia?
Bamara is a provider of Inclusive Employment Australia, a government funded specialist disability employment support program.
We provide flexible and responsive services in an inclusive and safe environment to ensure you receive the right support you need when you need it.
We understand that your journey is about more than finding a job – it’s about finding a meaningful career designed to last, at a pace that works for you.
Eligibility
You may be eligible for the Inclusive Employment Australia program if you:
- Have a disability, injury or health condition.
- Are aged between 14 and 67 years of age.
- Are at or above the legal working age in your state or territory.
- Are an Australian resident.
- Are not studying full time, unless you are an eligible early school leaver.
New to Inclusive Employment Australia:
- People with a work capacity of less than 8 hours per week can now access support.
- People with disability who are not receiving income support payments are also eligible.
This means more Australians can now receive disability job support and access services that are inclusive, flexible and designed to last.

We can also provide advice on accessing government incentives and the new wage subsidy program, which provides up to $10,000 for each eligible employee supported to achieve sustainable employment.
