This dynamic duo, Ronald and Reggie, have been kicking goals and making incredible progress, with no signs of slowing down.

Reggie and Ronald have recently been chasing their goals with the support of our team who deliver the Transition to Work program and are now preparing to enter the workforce.

The twin brothers connected with Bamara in February 2026, with their family beside them as strong supporters of their personal and career goals.

Since then, the team have built a great rapport with Reggie and Ronald, ensuring they were comfortable and confident enough to talk us through their story and communicate their goals.

The pair shared two distinct goals; getting their drivers licence, and working towards finding a job in carpentry or ranger work. With clear goals on the radar, the team were able to guide Reggie and Ronald in the right direction to achieve them.

They were referred to the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program run by STEPS Group to further build their skills and confidence, including language, literacy and numeracy, and learner driver training.

The two boys have also completed a one-day Construction Induction course to obtain their White Card, and have secured both their Ochre Card and National Police Check to expand their employment opportunities.

The team is currently supporting them to apply for Apprenticeships Northern Territory opportunities and introducing them to local employers.

“Reggie and Ronald are showing incredible commitment and initiative, and we are so happy to be engaging with them and their family to make this happen,” Lydia, Alice Springs Site Leader, said.

We look forward to sharing another update soon as Reggie and Ronald take their next steps into the workforce.
