Wellness Manager/ Counsellor – Health Services
I am rewarded and amazed everyday by the incredible positive changes that occur after even just one session of counselling with a participant. I love to hear people’s life stories and to support them to overcome the complex challenges that many of our participants are dealing with.
I also love to receive the appreciation and acknowledgement that staff and participants have shared with me on their journeys to strength and resilience.
I have 3 beautiful grown adult daughters who are out there in the world making me proud of them. So just hubby and my dog Maisie home with me.
So many….. I love life and enjoy dining out with friends, coffee and dog walks on the beach, (used to love my OS holidays) painting, hugs and dancing!
Compassionate, peaceful and fun
Not a good question at the moment!!!! I have travelled extensively but my favourite country was definitely Iceland. Bhutan is next on my bucket list.
To see a World in a Grain of Sand And a Heaven in a Wild Flower, Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand And Eternity in an hour – William Blake
